Let’s get physical is designed for women in leadership and explores role models, expectations, visibility, embodiment and authenticity in everyday leadership.

Participation and fees

  • In person: €2,963.10 incl. VAT; maximum 40 participants per date
  • Online: €2,606.10 incl. VAT

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of payment.

Online participation: Access details will be sent by email in good time before the selected date.

In-person participation: Accommodation and the meal package must be booked separately and directly with the Falkenstein Grand. Rooms have been reserved for 40 participants. Visit the hotel website.

The facilitators

Nadine Breimer-Haas
Graduate psychologist, mediator and trainer. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the private sector (HR) and currently works as a civil servant at the Hessian Ministry of the Interior. She coaches leaders and supports change processes.

Dirk Zill
Graduate social worker, case manager certified by the DGCC, actor, people-development specialist, artist and journalist.

Seminar schedule

Thursday

12:00 – Arrival
12:00–13:00 – Welcome with finger food
13:00–14:00 – Keynote: “Role models – or: Why you may not want to be the one who gets the coffee”
14:00–15:30 – Small groups: “Who decided that I should get the coffee?”
15:30–16:00 – Break
16:00–17:30 – Presentation of group work
17:30 – Check-out: “My most important thought”
Evening – Dinner together and dancing at the Tizian Bar

Friday

Check-in – What from yesterday is still on my mind?
10:30–12:30 – The invisible rules of organisations: networks, power and visibility
12:30–13:30 – Lunch
13:30–15:00 – Roles, attribution and authenticity
15:00–15:30 – Coffee break
15:30–17:30 – Discussion: “Am I the person I have always been – or am I not?”
Optional – In-depth sessions, for example leading with neurodiversity, leadership during menopause and impostor syndrome
