Background
Between the stage
and publishing.
Born into a family between the theater stage and the publishing world. That leaves its mark. Perhaps it explains why, from the very start, I have been fascinated by the question of what truly drives people when they act, or hold back.
What moves a board to postpone a decision? What keeps a team from saying the obvious?
Stance
Level-headed,
but never cold.
I believe in precise language, in patience, in the power of the uncomfortable question.
And I believe the best solutions are usually already in the room. They just need someone who can listen to them.
Conflicts are not malfunctions. They are the places where a system shows where it wants to grow.
